Ticket Policy

1. All ticket sales are FINAL. No refunds or exchanges.

2. All events are “rain or shine” events - no refunds or exchanges for inclement weather.

3. Ticket orders cannot be modified or canceled after being placed.

4. If a show is POSTPONED or RESCHEDULED for any reason, all tickets will be honored for the new date. We will contact all ticket holders with new date information.

5. Fresh Water Entertainment is not responsible for missing or incorrect contact information and encourages patrons to visit our website for up to date announcements.

6. If a show is CANCELLED full refunds will be issued, not including ticket fees.

7. All Tickets purchased through Fresh Water Entertainment Box Office includes a $2.50 processing fee.

8. Fresh Water Gift Certificates are valid only if purchased through Fresh Water Entertainment Box Office.

9. Fresh Water Entertainment reserves the right to refuse entry.

Third Party Ticket Purchase Policy

1. We cannot be responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties.

2. Your tickets cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

3. We cannot guarantee your tickets are valid and cannot guarantee admittance.

4. We cannot contact you with information regarding time changes, show cancellations or other information.

Show Policy

1. Cameras, audio, video and digital recorders, are not permitted during the show.  Guests using these items may be ejected without refund. However, cell phone photography is acceptable.

2. Performance times beyond our control and are subject to change without advance notification.

3. Outside food is never permitted. Outside beverages are not permitted, unless otherwise indicates BYOB.

4. Guests with disabilities and/or may require curbside assistance, please indicate during ticket purchase.

Security

We will only use your credit/debit card number for the processing of our transaction. This information is transferred securely to our credit/debit card processor and is not stored anywhere on the Fresh Water Entertainment system or network.
